Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Annapolis is in search of an experienced CERTIFIED Chrysler Automotive Technician and/or MD State Inspector. Essential Functions
1. Inspect and diagnose vehicle malfunctions, problems, and maintenance needs.
2. Perform repairs using safe and proper vehicle-repair techniques.
3. Ensure that the required documentation is complete and in compliance with dealership regulations.
4. The service technician is also responsible for quality control of repair orders and the maintenance and cleanliness of the repair shop in the Service Department.
Qualifications
1. Experienced Line Technician (Two years minimum).
2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
3. MD ST. Inspector Certification is preferred.
4. Valid driver's license with a good record.
5. A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.
6. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
7. Strong leadership qualities.
8. A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
10. A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
11. Strong work ethic.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position and hours of work and days must be flexible to include evening hours and some Saturdays.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee will frequently be required to operate vehicles.
